I use a variety of techniques to help my clients, please see below for a full list of these. Sessions can help reduce stress and tension which builds up as part of our busy lives as well as scar tissue which occurs naturally as a response to soft tissue injury. The main aim is to accelerate your return to normality as quickly as possible. I see many types of muscle, tendon and ligament injuries ranging from minor day to day issues caused, for example, by bad posture at work or full/part time sporting pursuits. Joint pain is another symptom of these issues.

If you just need a relaxing deep tissue massage, that's also fine as I can provide this service as well.

*Children under 16 can only be treated in the presence of their parents or an appointed responsible adult.

treatment costs

All my treatments are £55 (1 hour). Home visits usually cost slightly more depending on location but are available on request, so please do not hesitate to contact me for further information.

I CAN ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS (Including Amex, Apple pay, Google pay etc) and CASH.

vouchers

I can also provide vouchers for friends and family to be given as presents for Christmas, birthdays or special occasions.  Please feel free to call and I'll go through how the vouchers work. They are simple to use and don't have expiry dates so they can be used at any time.

cancellation policy 

Please be aware that there will be a charge for last minute cancellations/no show due to fixed costs/missed opportunities to fill appts etc. These work on a sliding scale:

1st appt missed = £20

All other missed appts = full charge

Please bear this is mind when booking. However, you will receive a confirmation from my booking system to ensure you have the right date/time. There's also a reminder confirmation 24 hrs prior to the appointment.
